The National Species Conservation Programme (nAHP) aims to support projects for the long-term protection of species that are particularly affected by the expansion of renewable energy on land and at sea.
To this end, the nAHP funds projects that promote the quality and connectivity of these species’ habitats in a long-term and sustainable manner, and stabilise or improve their conservation status.
In this online information session, the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) and the National Species Conservation Programme Office at DLR-PT will outline the programme objectives, the funding opportunities and the application procedure. In addition, ongoing nAHP projects will be presented and questions answered.
The event is aimed at nature conservation stakeholders from government agencies, associations and other institutions.
