Launch of the online dialogue on the “National Strategy on Biological Diversity” (NBS 2030) on 15 June 2023

For some time, the BMUV has been working intensively together with the BfN on its proposal for a catalogue of targets and measures for the National Strategy on Biological Diversity, NBS 2030, incorporating the new international agreements, European requirements and other current challenges relating to biological diversity.

The centrepiece of the proposal is the set of targets we aim to achieve for the protection of biodiversity by 2030, together with the measures that must be taken for this purpose. This so-called catalogue of targets and measures for NBS 2030 will be presented to the public on 15 June 2023 and opened for discussion as part of an online dialogue until 9 July 2023.
